Return & Refund Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR: If you do not live near a mansionlikedecor.com location, the items you purchase in-store can be returned through the mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps below: Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, a mansionlikedecor.com gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return. Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return.
